Makes 24 -30 biscuits.

Ingredients:
200g Flour
100g Strong Cheese grated finely
100g Parmesan grated finely
1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
2 teaspoons For the Love of Tams – Tamarillo Relish

Method
Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Set your oven to 180C (160C if fan forced.)
In a food mixed, mix all the ingredients to form a soft dough.

On a well-floured surface, roll the dough out to 5mm. Prick the dough all over with a fork – this stops your biscuits from puffing up. Using a cookie cutter/scone cutter/floured glass cut out your biscuits, gather and leftover dough, and repeat the process until all the dough has been used.

Place your biscuits on the tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. These biscuits will keep for a week and freeze well.

Pro Tip 1: If you would like a glossy finish to your biscuits, simply brush with egg before baking.
Pro Tip 2: This recipe is great for using up all bits of hard cheese you may have leftover in your fridge!
