Tamarillo Relish Baked Salmon

Makes:            2 servings

2 pieces of Salmon of preferred size
2 dessert spoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 dessert spoons For the Love of tams, Tamarillo Relish

You are going to need a baking dish to fit the salmon in a single layer.

1. Place your salmon pieces skin side down in the baking dish.

2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil and, tamarillo relish. Baste the fish liberally with the mixture and set aside for half an hour.

3. Bake at 180 oC (160 oC if fan-forced) for approximately 12-15 minutes until the fish is a pale pink all the way through.

Serve hot or cold.

Serving Idea 1: If served cold, plate along with a green salad and garlic bread.
Serving Idea 2: If served hot, plate along with baked potatoes and steamed fresh veggies.
