Do you ship all around New Zealand?

Yes we ship across New Zealand using a range of courier companies. Your order will be shipped Monday to Friday and take 1-3 days for delivery.

Do you ship Internationally?

We are happy to ship orders internationally, however the cost of shipping is usually prohibitive. But if you would like a quote, please contact us using the form above.

Which products are Gluten Free?

Many of our products are Gluten Free. Check the product pages to view the listing.

Whilst the ingredients may be Gluten Free, some are made in factories where gluten may be present.

What is the best way to use these items?

We offer suggested uses on each product page. We also make suggested uses via our recipe pages. If you have a great recipe that you have used any of our products in, we’d love to share it for others to enjoy. Please contact us via the form above.

What payment methods do you accept?

All online orders must be paid for by credit or debit card. There are no surcharges.
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit and debit cards only.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All our products are manufactured under professional health and safety standards and abide by all New Zealand laws. Expiry or Best Before dates are printed on each product. We do not offer any products without a reasonable duration left before expiry.

Do you offer refunds?

Being a food product and for safety reasons we cannot offer a refund if you change yrou mind or do not like the products. However any items damaged during delivery or any problems with the items, will of course be rectified. If you receive damaged items, you must notify us immediately (using the form above) and we ask you to please keep the courier box and all of the items in the condition they arrived so we can collect them to make an insurance claim.

Do you offer gift baskets or hampers?

Yes, for special occassions, such as Christmas, we always try to offer a few combo special offers or gift boxes. We can also custom make gift hampers or gift boxes for any coporate or business offering. Please contact us with your enquiry using the form above.
